Step 1 – Discovery, Initial Analysis & Evaluation

Whether we are exploring a new relationship with a large national corporation or doing a one-off project for a small start-up client, Envision begins with a process of discovery. This is done to ascertain all the relevant facts, to assess the situation and to learn about you, your company, people, products, services, management style, past and current marketing efforts as well as your partners, customers and competition.

This process of discovery naturally becomes the foundation for an initial analysis and evaluation of your needs and serves as the basis for Step 2 – Setting Primary Goals & Objectives. We also identify a number of other factors at this point to determine overall parameters, timelines, budgets, human resource assignments and to forge a good working relationship with you and your people.
